This release continues HappyCo's evolution into the operating system multifamily actually runs on — sharpening it in three ways. More AI is showing up across the platform, helping your team get answers and act on them. Tighter connections to the systems you already use mean less switching between tools. And more of your day-to-day operations now live in one place — one source of truth across onsite teams, Happy Force, and the corporate office.

Internal comments on tasks and work orders now flow into Yardi's Technician Notes field. Managers who work primarily in Yardi see the full context — no more retraining onsite teams to enter notes in the "right" place, no more missing updates between the field and the office.

If you require completion notes for a work order category in Tasks, Happy Force technicians are now subject to the same requirement at close-out in Hub. Same rules across your in-house and Happy Force techs — no more dropped detail on the work that matters most.

One completion note field captured once at close-out, synced directly to ResMan's Notes field. No more entering the same note in two places, no more inconsistency between what's in HappyCo and what's in your PMS. Required when your Tasks category settings demand it.
