Overview

The Experience Switcher allows users to easily navigate between different HappyCo products (such as Happy Asset, Happy Property, and Happy Force) and environments within the Manage interface without needing to sign in multiple times.

Key Concepts

• User Access: Users can seamlessly move between different HappyCo environments under the same customer relationship.
• Discover: A section within the Experience Switcher that displays products you are not currently subscribed to, providing an opportunity to learn more about them.

Requirements

• You must be logged into the Manage web interface (manage.happyco.com).

Steps

Accessing the Experience Switcher

1. Click the 9-grid icon in the top left corner of the screen.
2. The Experience Switcher menu will open from the left side of the screen, displaying a list of your currently subscribed experiences and non-subscribed experiences (under Discover).

Switching across Products

1. Open the Experience Switcher.
2. Navigate to the bottom of the menu.
3. Select your desired product from the selector.

Switching across Accounts

1. Open the Experience Switcher.
2. Hover over the environment you want to switch within.
3. Click the dropdown arrow to reveal additional accounts available for switching.
4. Click the name of the account you would like to switch to. The interface will automatically reload in the account.

Accessing the Admin Center (Administrators Only)

1. Open the Experience Switcher.
2. Click the Admin Center button located at the bottom of the pop-out menu.
