When you create an account on HappyCo, specific details are shared to improve communication and personalize your experience:

• Profile Image: Helps others identify and connect with you. It may be displayed during resident communications and across all HappyCo products.
• First and Last Name: Displayed alongside your profile image to confirm your identity, facilitate interactions, and ensure communications are correctly directed.
• Job Title: Contextualizes your role and responsibilities. Note: This is a new data field that will be made available in the future.

How Profile Information is Used

To maintain transparency and trust, resident communications—such as announcements, messages, and service requests—may display the following sender details:

• Profile image
• First name
• Job title

Privacy Measures

While we share certain details to enhance connectivity, we highly prioritize your privacy. The following information is never shared:

• Personal Phone Number and Email: Your personal contact details are restricted to your company account. They are never displayed or shared with residents or co-workers. Only administrators have access to this information.

Requirements

Profile Image Guidelines

To ensure your profile image is suitable and displays correctly, it must meet the following requirements:

• Format: JPEG or PNG.
• Size & Dimensions: Ideal dimensions are 400x400 pixels, with a maximum file size of 5MB.
• Subject: Solo photos only (no other people or pets).
• Visibility: Your face must be clearly visible, well-lit, and free of harsh shadows or bright glares. Do not wear hats, sunglasses, or anything that obscures your face.
• Background: A simple, neutral, solid-color background that does not distract from your face.
• Content: Appropriate for a professional environment, featuring a friendly and professional expression. Avoid offensive, controversial, or inappropriate content.
• Dress Code: Aligned with multifamily industry standards.
• Quality: High-resolution to prevent pixelation.
