Where Reports Land in MRI

When an inspection is completed in HappyCo, the report syncs to MRI as a link to the PDF. The link is attached directly to the corresponding inspection record in MRI.

Sync Behavior by Inspection Type

Not all inspections sync to MRI in the same way. The behavior depends on how the inspection was created in HappyCo:

Automatically scheduled inspections (triggered by a resident being given notice to vacate) sync their completed reports back to MRI automatically when marked complete in HappyCo.

Make Ready project inspections do not sync their reports to MRI. Only inspections that originated from MRI will have their reports synced back.

Manually created inspections — inspections created ad-hoc in HappyCo outside of an automated trigger — do not sync to MRI.

Inspection Status Updates

In addition to the report PDF, when an inspection's details are updated in HappyCo, the following fields are pushed back to the corresponding MRI inspection record:

• Inspector
• Inspection status
• Start date
• Completion date

Sync Timing

Completed inspection reports sync to MRI immediately (within 1 minute) of the inspection being marked complete in HappyCo.
