Prerequisites

• A RealPage OneSite user with the Manage AppPartner Subscription permission

How to Set it Up

Step 1 is completed in RealPage Central by your team. Once submitted, HappyCo will take over and complete the remaining configuration.

Step 1: Submit an Integration Request in RealPage Central

1. Log in to RealPage Central
2. Click Administration
3. Click RealPage Exchange
4. Click App Partner Marketplace
5. Find the Happy Inspector integration and submit the request

Step 2: HappyCo Completes Setup

Once HappyCo receives your request, our team will confirm access and complete the remaining setup. We'll reach out if we need anything else from your side.

The following features can be enabled as part of your RealPage integration:
