With Call Management you can broadcast a message to your community. This allows you to send a message to residents to ensure you've communicated important information.
To set up a community broadcast, navigate to 'Notify' in the let menu, and then select 'Community Broadcast' from the drop down menu.
Once here, you can choose to create either a text or audio broadcast.
Create Broadcast from Text
This option allows you to create your audio message from text. You will then be able to choose your delivery method as either as an audio message, a text message or an email. You can schedule when the message is sent and choose which residents to send the message to.
Create Broadcast from Audio
Alternatively, you can create your broadcast by recording your own voice message. Using this option will create a more personalized message but limits your delivery method as it can only be sent as audio. You have the same options to schedule when the broadcast is sent, and to choose the residents you wish to send the message to.
