Happy Property: Maintenance Custom Scores feature will ensure your team is confident in capturing more accurate cost estimates, which are added right in the field. Custom Scores allow inspectors to enter predefined values or your own values as they complete their walkthrough.

The Custom Scores feature will help your team to perform inspections that align your move out charges more closely with final account statements, minimizing the guesswork and prioritizing productivity.

How

Adding a Custom Score with a predefined value to an item is easy. To set up your template with Custom Scores, you’ll need to have an Admin or Process Manager role to edit your template

• Log in to Happy Manage at www.happy.co

• Navigate to the template you want to edit, under the Templates tab

• Click your template and then click Edit in the top right corner

• Click the item and check Custom Score in the checkbox, and enter a preset value in the Score field

• Remember to save the change by clicking Update Item in the bottom of the panel, and save your template by clicking Save & Exit in the top right

• Custom without a predefined value

You can also add a Custom Score without a predefined value to an item, allowing any numeric value to be added in the field. To set up your template with Custom Scores that aren’t predefined, you’ll need to have an Admin or Process Manager role to edit your template:

• Log in to Happy Manage at www.happy.co

• Navigate to the template you want to edit, under the Templates tab

• Click your template and then click Edit in the top right corner

• Click the item and check Custom Score in the checkbox

• Remember to save the change by clicking Update Item in the bottom of the panel, and save your template by clicking Save & Exit in the top right

Set up your template with Custom Scores

Happy Property: Maintenance Custom Scores feature is a valuable tool that allows you to estimate Adding a Custom Score with a preset value to an item is easy. To set up your template with Custom Scores, you’ll need to have an Admin or Process Manager role to edit your template:

• Log in to Happy Manage at www.happy.co

• Navigate to the template you want to edit, under the Templates tab

• Click your template and then click Edit in the top right corner

• Click the item and check Custom Score in the checkbox, and enter a preset value in the Score field

• Remember to save the change by clicking Update Item in the bottom of the panel, and save your template by clicking Save & Exit in the top right

In order to confirm a value that has been preset by the template, all you need to do is tap the rating and the preset value will display for your confirmation by tapping the checkmark in the top right.

Modify a value

 If you need to enter a value that’s different from what is displayed by the template, you can tap on the value field and enter your own numerical value. Confirm it by tapping the checkmark in the top right of the screen. 

If you need to change a value you’ve entered back to the original value set by the template, you can easily undo the value you’ve entered by selecting Revert Value. This will change the value back to its original state.

If you’d like to deselect the rating, simply tap the Deselect Rating option under the value entry field.
