Requirements
Manage (Web Application)
The Manage web application is compatible with the current version and one version behind the current version of the following desktop browsers:
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Apple Safari
- Microsoft Edge
Unsupported Browsers:
- Internet Explorer
- Mobile browsers (iOS and Android) are not supported or recommended.
Happy Property Maintenance (Mobile App)
To install and run the mobile app smoothly, your device must meet the following minimum specifications.
iOS (Apple phones and tablets):
- Operating System: iOS 15.5 or later
- RAM: At least 3GB of RAM (strongly recommended)
Android (Phones and tablets):
- Operating System: Android 11 (Nougat) and up
- RAM: At least 4GB of RAM (strongly recommended)
Note: If your device does not meet the minimum requirements, you must update your device's operating system or use a compatible device. Please note that not all older iOS devices support newer versions of iOS.
