Overview

SnapText allows Happy Property customers to use short, common phrases when completing inspections in the Maintenance app. Using SnapText allows for faster and more accurate completion of inspection notes.

Requirements

• SnapText phrases are currently created in the Inspections app. Once created, they are available to Happy Property Maintenance users.
• The ability to add, delete, and maintain your SnapText library directly within the Maintenance app will be introduced in Q3 2024.

Steps

1. Tap the note icon on an inspection item to open the note.
2. Review the SnapText suggestions displayed above the keyboard on the notes screen.
   • Note: Suggestions are ordered by most recently used. If you start typing in the note field, SnapText will automatically recommend phrases that match your writing.
3. Tap a SnapText phrase to populate the note field.
   • To see the complete list of SnapText phrases, tap See all or scroll to the right and tap More.
   • You can select more than one SnapText at a time when viewing the full list.
