This article covers how to set up a Special Announcement in your Community tab.
Special Announcement - This message will play after the general greeting message and be heard by anyone that calls into your property phone line.
To set up a Special Announcement, follow these steps:

Click on the Settings tab and select Community

Scroll past the Office Hours, and select the Additional Options button in the lower left side

Click on on the drop down box to the right of Message

Select Custom to create your own message

Enter your message into the Custom Message section

You can click the Listen button to preview what the message will sound like

Once you're done making changes, click the Save button in the lower right corner

To remove a Special Announcement, click the drop down box by Message and select None

Be sure to select the Save button after making this change
