- Make sure the Happy Property: Maintenance app and your iOS/Android OS are up to date. Turn automatic updates on in the App Store to keep HP:M App up to date
- Close and reopen the Happy Property: Maintenance app
- Turn WI-FI off and on again
- Turn device off and on
- Sign out of the app and then sign back in, especially if you're experiencing issues with replying in the messaging tab for maintenance requests
