  1. Make sure the Happy Property: Maintenance app and your iOS/Android OS are up to date. Turn automatic updates on in in the App Store to keep HP:M App up to date
  2. Close and reopen the Happy Property: Maintenance app
  3. Turn WI-FI off and on again
  4. Turn device off and on
