Let’s review what we’ve learned by performing a sample inspection from start to finish.

1. When you’re ready to perform an inspection, tap on the Property
2. Tap on the plus sign
3. Tap Start a New Inspection
4. Choose the template specified by your company
5. Record information by tapping on the appropriate ratings, typing in notes, and taking pictures
6. When you’re done inspecting, generate a report by tapping the complete button
7. Preview the report or finalize without signing
8. Sign your report by typing in your name
9. Tap Sign Now
10. Draw your signature with your finger
11. Tap done
12. Tap Share and enter an email or Choose Recipient From Contacts on your device
13. Tap Send

Remember that you can also start an inspection by Scheduling a Future Inspection. And, online, in Happy Manage, you can edit inspections, and generate and download reports.
