What’s Happening?
On Monday, June 30, 2025, the HappyCo Inspections app will be retired. Customers will need to download and use the Happy Property Maintenance App (HPMA).
All Legacy Inspections app users will see the following announcement, called a “Force Gate”:
- The announcement is not dismissible.
- It will block the use of the Inspections app.
- It contains links to the App Store and Google Play to download the Happy Property Maintenance app.
Leading up to the Force Gate, there will be a “warning” announcements with the first wave of communications starting May 19, 2025, allowing users to get ahead of the Force Gate and start using the new app.
What Does This Mean?
The Legacy Inspections app will:
- No longer be supported by HappyCo.
- Users submitting support tickets for the Legacy Inspections app will be instructed to download the new HPMA app to resolve their issue.
- The Legacy Inspections app will eventually be taken down from the App Store and Google Play.
The new app is "plug-and-play", meaning users of the Legacy app can use their existing credentials to log in to the new app NOW and start using it immediately with no further actions required.
Your HappyCo Customer Success or Pro Representative will be in contact to help you and your team through this migration.
What Does This Mean for Admins?
Admins will only need to support one app for Inspections, and users will have access to the newest features, performance improvements, and support processes.
Keep an eye out for emails from HappyCo relating to your migration schedule.
