If you’re experiencing unusual behavior in an inspection, where a rating set is deselected when you change another, it’s likely related to how rating sets are configured in your template. 

All rating sets must have a label to ensure this behaviour does not persist.

Steps to fix

  • In Manage, go to Settings>Templates>[your template]
  • Click "Edit Template"

  • In the Template Editor, find the item and rating set that is affected and click on it

  • In the side menu, click on the rating set and ensure that a Label exists.

  • Update Item

  • Do this for all items and rating sets ensuring all have a label
  • When done, "Save & Exit"

  • Recreate your inspection to see the changes take effect.
