If your property team has enabled this setting, Maintenance Technicians will have the ability to re-open a work order and preserve the original completion date and time stamp, improving reporting and better reflecting the date and time a task was completed.
- On a work order marked as
Completed, select Reopen - Complete any updates necessary, or if the work order was re-opened in error, simply select Complete
- Previously entered notes and/or photos (if included in the completion workflow) are preserved
- To maintain the pre-existing work order completion date and time stamp, simply select Complete task, this will preserve the original completion date and time stamp
- If the technician selects the tickbox Update completion timestamp? The completed date and time will be updated to reflect that action and a new completed date|time will be surfaced in the system and associated reporting
