The Property Picker is where you find and select one or more properties, and selecting up to 10 at once turns on Multi-Property Views (combined Inspections, Work Orders, and Projects across sites). Multi-Property Views is available now in the Maintenance mobile app and is rolling out gradually in the Manage web app.

Before you start

  • Select a maximum of 10 properties at a time to use Multi-Property View.
  • Manage web app: multi-property selection is rolling out gradually. You only see these options if the feature is available on your account.
  • To filter by Property Contacts, set them up first in Happy Property > Settings > Properties.

Property Picker key concepts

  • Table view: built for speed, filtering, and bulk selection across large portfolios.
  • Tile view: shows an image for each property, best for browsing smaller portfolios.
  • Both views support property selection.
  • Selections persist as you page through results, sort columns, apply filters, or switch views.
  • A selection summary at the bottom of the table always shows your current selection.
  • Property Contacts (such as Regional Managers or VPs) can be filtered directly in the picker.

Bulk assignment across properties (Manage web app)

Multi-Property View works with bulk assignment, so you can assign multiple work orders to your maintenance team across different properties at the same time.
