October 22nd, 2025 Release (Key Bug Fixes & Enhancements)

• Dynamic Refresh for Summaries: Summaries now automatically refresh whenever a task description is updated. This guarantees that technicians always have access to the most current information.
• Detection of Multiple Issues: The summarizer now recognizes when multiple individual tasks are described within a single Task (for example, "fix blinds and replace air filter") to ensure no details are missed.
• Improved Accuracy: Summaries now capture critical resident details and context, such as specific access instructions (for example, "only enter in the morning").

September 20th, 2024 Update

• Removal of JoyAI Auto Summaries from Projects and Inspections: JoyAI Auto Summaries are no longer generated for Tasks created from Projects and Inspections.
  • Impact on Existing Info: This change does not affect existing information. Because the AI summary was always displayed in a separate field, the original task details remain completely unaltered. Removing this feature from Projects and Inspections helps maintain clarity and accuracy by keeping the original task information as the primary focus.
