Every service request notification links to a dedicated website with helpful information, such as the current service request status, and a messaging area for communicating with the site team.
How to message the site team
- Click the link from your email or SMS to navigate to the service request website.
- Move to the Messages tab, type your message, and click the “Comment” button. Note that you can attach images (GIF, JPG, and PNG), videos (MP4 and MOV) or other files (PDF) to help communicate with the site team. The site team will be alerted to your message and follow up as needed.
