Residents can complete a survey once a service request has been resolved by visiting a dedicated service request website linked within each email and SMS notification.

How to complete a maintenance survey

  1. Click the link from your email or SMS to navigate to the service request website.

  2. Click the rating stars for your Technician and Overall Service, and add any additional thoughts to the text box. If you would like to be contacted about your service request, select the checkbox.

  3. You may also see a prompt to leave a Google review to share your service experience with others.
