When Maintenance Portals are enabled, residents can complete a survey when a work order is closed. Survey results are viewable within the Happy Property Maintenance web app.

How to view maintenance survey results

  1. From your device’s home screen, open the Happy Property App.
  2. Work orders with a new survey response will contain a bell indicator. Open the work order.
  3. In the “Task Activity” section, the resident’s rating and comments are visible.
