Users can now add their most-used URLs as Favorites in Happy Property! Whether it is Capital Projects in Happy Asset, Inspection Reports in Happy Property, Release Updates in Admin Center, or any other link outside of HappyCo - add what you use the most to get the job done quicker!

How to use Favorites

To add a new favorite, click the + icon:

Adding a HappyCo Page as a Favorite

By default, whichever HappyCo page you are currently on will populate in the URL field and a suggested name. The URL field is locked by default, but can be unlocked if you want to paste in another page's URL. Feel free to update the name, then click "Save".

Once saved, you will see a fly-out notification verifying that the favorite has been created:

Also, the most recently added favorite will show at the top of the favorites section:

Adding a non-HappyCo Page as a Favorite

By default, whichever HappyCo page you are currently on will populate in the URL field. So, to add a non-HappyCo page as a favorite, click the + icon, then click on the lock icon:

Now clear the URL and copy and paste any other URL into the URL field. In the example below the user has added their GMail Inbox URL and has updated the name field accordingly:

Once saved you will see your new favorite and on hover-over you will notice a fly-out icon indicating this favorite is outside of Happy Property:

*Note: when you click on a non-Happy Property favorite, this will open a new tab for the favorite 

Deleting a Favorite

To remove a stored favorite, click on the star icon for the favorite and select "Yes, Delete Favorite":

A validation notification will show once the favorite has been archived successfully:
