Our latest feature allows you to manage your data efficiently in HappyCo by allowing you to bulk-delete any inspections or work orders that need to be removed from your account. Here's everything you need to know about using this feature to keep your system organized and up-to-date so that you can maintain accurate reporting. This is only available for Admin and Process Manager roles. You can add this functionality to any custom role by giving it the permission 'Delete Tasks in bulk' using our custom role management feature.
This feature is currently in Early Access and can be enabled for your account through the Admin Center.
How it works
When you are in either our Inspections or Tasks applications you can now select Inspections or Work Orders to delete in bulk. This feature has been designed to work seamlessly with our filters and the multi-property view so you can easily manage your entire portfolio, regions and specific properties all through one screen. Making it easier to clean up outdated or unnecessary data quickly and saving time and effort.
How to use it
Select the properties you want to manage using the property selector:
In either the Inspections or Tasks app, find the inspections or work orders you want to delete. You can use the search functionality and filters to narrow down the list of items to bulk delete.
For example, you can use the scheduled before and scheduled after filters to find a specific window of days where you might want to delete inspections or work orders.
Once you have your list of items to delete, click on any of the checkboxes beside the inspection or work order and the bulk action bar will pop up.
The bulk action bar will now have an additional option to Delete All the inspections or work orders that fit within the parameters of the search or filter.
Once you select the option you will be given a warning message. You will need to wait 10 seconds before you can choose to delete all those items, as this will permanently remove these inspections or work orders from your account.
