We are excited to announce the addition of Joy in the Property Profile! Now as your teams are looking at property-level metrics for Inspections, Maintenance, and Unit Turns you can quickly get deep insights into those metrics. Prior to Joy, users were required to use insights to build out custom reports to get deeper knowledge into the data behind the Property Profile metrics, but now you can ask Joy any question about the metrics and save yourself hours of work!

How to Enable
Navigate to Admin Center > Release Updates
Find the Release Update called Joy in the Property Profile
Enable the feature for your business (this is a portfolio level setting, so all users for all properties will have access to view and use Joy in the Property Profile)
How to Use
Once enabled, the Joy icon will show in the bottom right of the Property Profile
Click on Joy and a prompt box will appear
Feel free to select one of the three suggested prompts if you are needing some help getting started, or ask anything related to Inspections, Maintenance, and Unit Turns for your property.
After submitting your question, Joy uses Deep Thinking to analyze patterns and trends that may not be obvious to you as a user. She will then extract the most relevant information to generate a rich, insightful response. Due to the amount of data she looks through and the nature of your question, response times can vary, but typically range between 10-30 seconds. As this feature is in Early Access, please do not close the chat as this will end the session (we will allow for persistent chats in the future)
After receiving Joy's response, feel free to continue the conversation to ask follow up questions
*Pro tip: After asking a question or two, ask Joy to summarize her findings in an email to leadership or a specific individual! This is just one of many ways Joy can help you reduce your time compiling information.
