Users can now view property scores at the account level! Now enjoy the ability to compare scores across your portfolio at-a-glance. This feature allows users to see top, middle, and low performing properties in a single page without having to navigate to each individual property.

Enablement

This feature goes to General Access on Sept. 15th and will be in Early Access prior to that date. To enable the feature in Early Access navigate to Admin Center > Release Updates > "Account Level Property Profile" and enable the feature. After Sept. 15th this will automatically be enabled for all and you do not need to take any action to enable.

Disablement

Once this feature is enabled, it can be assigned by role using a new Happy Property Maintenance permission called "View Property Profiles". This permission allows users to view both the Property Profile button at the account level and the property level.

To disable, navigate to Admin Center > Roles > [Select a Role] then find the permission "View Property Profiles" and uncheck the box, then click Save. Once this is done any user of that role will no longer be able to see the navigation button nor view the property profile pages. *Note - users may need to log out and back in for these changes to take affect.

Understanding the Account Level Property Profile Page

The account level view shows all properties in your portfolio in a list view, sorted by highest score to lowest score by default. You will notice property details like the property name, unit count, property type, and address. This page can be sorted by either the Property Score or Properties (property name) columns. To update sorting, simply select the column header and the sorting will update accordingly.

Click on any property line item to navigate to the property's individual Property Profile page to view the scoring breakdown and to access Joy in the property profile. This page is just the beginning and you will see more functionality and metrics within this area in the near future! Enjoy!
