HappyCo now offers a Draft status for audits when using our Lease File Audit tool! If an auditor needs to pause and pick back up later it is now easy to see which audit to resume with the new Draft status.

How to Use

Open any audit and make a change to any field then click "Close" or "Save & Close" at the bottom of the audit form. 

Once clicked, the audit will automatically move to a Draft status, the icon will show in orange color, and it can be found by scrolling through the list of audits or filtered by selecting the orange bar at top:

Audit in Draft status can be moved to Complete by completing the required fields and clicking the "Complete" button at the bottom of the audit form. Audits cannot be moved back to an Incomplete status once they have moved to a Draft state. Audits in a Completed state can be moved to Draft by opening, making any change, then clicking "Save & Close".
