How much does Resman Standard Integration cost?

Resman Integration is included with a Premium Integrations subscription. A one-time setup fee is charged prior to implementation.

What version of Resman is required for Resman Integration with HappyCo?

Like HappyCo, Resman is a modern cloud based application which doesn't require upgrades or version migration. We're available on all versions of Resman.

How long does it take to set up Resman Integration?

Most implementations can be completed within 1 to 2 business days after your initial consultation.

How does this integration work?

The Resman HappyCo integration will load all units for your Resman properties into HappyCo. Once the units are loaded and linked the integration will schedule move in and move out inspections in HappyCo when you initiate a move out or move in process in Resman.

The integration also synchronizes properties, units, and their residents between ResMan and HappyCo, enhancing overall property management efficiency.

Once the inspection is complete and the report is created, the report link will be pushed back into Resman under the unit. The report is stored as a PDF attachment on the unit in ResMan, ensuring easy access and documentation.

Can I automatically create work orders in Resman?

Yes, there's an optional work order integration for select HappyCo plans. This integration allows inspectors to trigger work orders to be created in Resman based on the results of the inspection in HappyCo.

How are inspection reports stored in ResMan?

Reports generated from inspections in HappyCo are synced back to ResMan and stored as PDF attachments on the respective unit. This makes them easily accessible for reference and compliance purposes.

How quickly are work orders synced between ResMan and HappyCo?

When a work order is created in ResMan, a corresponding task is created in HappyCo within 15 minutes, demonstrating real-time data synchronization between the two systems.

Are there any limitations to the ResMan-HappyCo integration?

Yes, there are some limitations. Currently, task comments cannot be synced from HappyCo to ResMan. Additionally, due to API constraints, the completion of Make Ready Projects in HappyCo is not visible on ResMan's Turn Board.
