Integrate your HappyCo account with the Entrata Integration and conveniently sync your Units directly through to the Inspections app, as well as automatically schedule Move In/Move Out Inspections when lease dates are updated.
How do I set up the Entrata Integration?
The integration with Entrata is a manual process and will require the engineers to enable it for your account. We'll just need the following information from you:

Base URL (e.g. https://happyproperties.entrata.com/api/v1/)

How much does the Entrata Integration cost?
The Entrata integration for HappyCo is included for all new subscription customers.

How do I add my Units?
Once your Property is set up, your Units will automatically sync through to your HappyCo account.
If you can't see your Units, it may be your device hasn't had a chance to Sync them down from the database. To refresh the app and kickstart a Sync, pull down on the list of Folders/Units/Inspections until you see a spinning wheel.
The Contact Details that will be synced through to HappyCo will be the contacts added to the current lease.
Will my Report sync back to Entrata?
Yes! Your completed reports will sync to Entrata's system.
How do I schedule an Inspection?
The integration will automatically be triggered by entering the Actual Move In and Actual Move Out dates in Entrata. The time of the Inspection will be determined according to your chosen window during set up, and automatically scheduled.
Why can't I see my Units/Inspections on my device?
