  1. Make sure the Inspections app and your iOS are up to date. Turn automatic updates on in in the App Store to keep Inspections up to date

  2. Close and reopen the Inspections app

  3. Turn WI-FI off and on again

  4. Turn device off and on

  5. Ensure you have a stable internet connection
