Scheduling an Email

Open Happy Property Maintenance, navigate to any property, then click on Property Profile. Once open, click on the Joy icon in the bottom right of your screen:

 

Once open, select the ellipses (three dots), then Scheduled Emails:
 

 

This will open up your scheduled emails list view. Any previously created schedules will show here:
 

Click the + button to create your first scheduled email and fill out each field. Add as many recipient email addresses as you'd like:
 

 

Click Save, then your schedule will become active. Now your schedule will show on the list view:
 

When hovering on your schedule, the Play and Delete icons appear. Click the Play icon to send you an instant test email. Click the Delete icon to delete your schedule. To edit your schedule, simply click the scheduled email name and the creation screen will open for you to edit and save again.
 

 

Once your email is scheduled, every Monday morning this schedule will run and send to you inbox, as well as any other email address added to each schedule:

 

💡Pro Tip - Schedule multiple emails for unique insights! Ask about property score changes, how your property compares to the portfolio, what is unique this week compared to the previous week's operations, or anything else that your creative mind can think of! 

 

Coming soon - In the future you will be able to set up a custom cadence for each email! Whether you want to send daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually, you'll have control over when the schedule sends each email.
