Where Reports Land in Entrata

Completed inspection reports sync back to Entrata as a PDF. Where they land depends on how the inspection was created:

Automatically scheduled inspections (triggered by Lease From Date, Move-In, Move-Out, or Notice Date events) sync their completed reports to the corresponding lease record in Entrata via the sendLeaseDocuments endpoint.

Make Ready project inspections sync their completed reports to the resident associated with the unit turn in Entrata.

Manually created inspections — inspections created ad-hoc in HappyCo outside of an automated trigger or Make Ready project — do not sync to Entrata.

Sync Timing

Completed inspection reports sync to Entrata near-instantaneously once the inspection is marked complete in HappyCo.
