This article covers how to access and view your current list of Tasks within Manage.


To access your Task list, follow the steps below:

  • Log into your account in Manage

  • Select your property folder from the drop down menu at the top

  • Next, select Tasks under Apps in the left side menu


  • The tasks will show the following:

    • Work Category/Sub-Category

    • Description of Issue

    • If the task is Urgent

    • If the task is on Hold

    • Assignee

    • Location/address

    • Due Date
