How Work Order types work
Work order types are labels applied automatically to all work orders, both those generated via a PMS connection and those created within HappyCo. The work order source dictates the default work order type, but note that all work order types can be modified by the Property team to best reflect the contents of the work order.
When work order types are enabled, there will be a new column on the Tasks dashboard, which is sortable and filterable.
Filtering on work order type
