This article covers how to remove a user from the Onsite Team. 

 

Please note, removing a user from the Onsite Team does not remove them from the property overall for HappyCo. This will need to be done separately in Manage Settings by an account administrator.

  • Once you have logged into Manage and selected your property, click on the Call Complete icon on the left side under Apps

  • Then select the Profiles tab to view the Onsite Team

  • Click the Manage+ button to the right of the Onsite Team title

  • This will take you to a list of all HappyCo users that currently have access to this property

  • Toggle the check mark circle on the right side to add the user to the Onsite Team

  • Once finished, click the X on the upper right side to exit this screen
