Events allow site teams to configure and invite residents to building events. They can be accessed by navigating to Community → Calendar in the menu.
Unlike other objects such as Amenities and Notices, Events are viewed within the Community Calendar.
Steps
- Navigate to the Calendar
Navigate to Community → Calendar within your management portal - Select One or More Properties
From the Property Select Input, you may select one or more properties to view their events and amenity bookings. - (Optional) Focus on Events
If your calendar contains many events, it can be helpful to focus on Events exclusively. To do this, toggle off Amenity visibility by clicking on the Amenities toggle. Amenities and Events toggles can be turned on and off as required. - Click on an Event
Clicking on the Event in the calendar will open a detail in a drawer.
