Yuhu is committed to protecting your privacy. This document describes the information we collect when you use yuhu. We never sell or rent your information.

To help you understand this privacy statement, we’d like to start by defining the following terms:

• The terms "us" or "we" or "our" refers to yuhu, the owner of the Website.
• A "Visitor" is someone who merely browses our Website, but has not registered as a Member.
• A "Member" is an individual that has registered with us to use our Services.
• Our "Service" represents the collective functionality and features as offered through our Website to our Members.
• A "User" is a collective identifier that refers to either a Visitor or a Member.

Website Visitors

When you visit our website, we may collect non-personally-identifiable information such as your browser type, browser language, operating system and referring/exit pages. Occasionally, we may release this information in aggregate form only. For example, we might publish a report on general yuhu usage trends. Such releases will not include any personally-identifiable information about any individual users.

For those users who visit our site to schedule showings or are referrals from other yuhu Members, we will require your name, your email address and phone number. This information will only be shared with the yuhu Member you’ve been referred by or scheduled a showing with so they can contact you. It will never be sold or rented to any third parties by yuhu. Also, yuhu will never use the information for marketing purposes. However, yuhu has no control over the legal privacy practices of yuhu Members; as such, you provide information to yuhu Members at your own risk.

Yuhu Members

If you sign up to use our products and services, we collect registration-related information such as name, address, email and phone number. This information is never sold or rented to any third parties not disclosed by Yuhu.

We may occasionally disclose personally-identifiable information to those of our employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations that need to know that information to:

• fulfill your request for products and services
• communicate with you and respond to your inquiries
• provide customer support

Some of these employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations may be located outside your home country.

Third Parties

For Yuhu Members paying rent online, yuhu uses two third parties to perform the transactions. For credit card payments, Yuhu utilizes Paysafe, and securely passes the Yuhu Member's card details and Cardholder name to Paysafe to process payments.

PAP payments (Yuhu Autopay) are processed by RBC Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). Bank account details and tenant first and last names are securely provided to RBC to process payments.

Country of Origin

All data in the Yuhu system is contained and distributed from our servers in Canada.

Cookies

We currently use cookies to customize your yuhu experience. If you do not wish to have cookies placed on your computer, set your browser to refuse cookies before using Yuhu, with the drawback that certain future features of the yuhu website may not function properly without the use of cookies.

We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. Location

Fixit+ and/or Maintenance+ mobile applications use a Maintenance team member's device location services to make it easier to track and execute on service requests. Location data helps improve services, including; tracking issue resolution time, service request location and customer support. Users may enable or disallow Fixit+ and/or Maintenance+ to collect location data from their mobile devices through the Settings > Privacy menus on their mobile device.

Security

We use appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect information about yuhu users.

Changes

Although most changes are likely to be minor, we reserve the right to change this privacy statement by posting a revised version and/or by notifying our users by email.
