You can make one-time payments using your credit card or direct withdrawal for any outstanding charges through the resident portal.

Steps

Web Portal

  1. Log into the Resident Portal
    Log into the portal and click on the Payments tile near the top of the page. Your ledger will appear.



  2. Start Your Payment
    From your ledger, click the Make a Payment button. A new screen will appear.

  3. Select a Payment Method
    Select either credit card or direct debit. A new screen will appear.

  4. Enter Credit Card Payment Details
    If you selected credit card as your payment method, enter the amount you want to pay and the card details. Click the Continue button.

  5. OR Enter Banking Information
    If you selected direct debit, enter the amount you want to pay and your banking information. Click the Continue button.

  6. Confirm and Pay
    Review the payment details. If everything is correct, click the Pay $x button. A confirmation message will appear once the payment is made or the information is submitted.

Resident Portal App

  1. Open App and Log In
    Open the Resident Portal app and log in.

  2. Start Your Payment
    Click on Payments in the menu, and then click on the Make a Payment button.

  3. Read and Accept Terms & Conditions
    Review the terms and click the Accept button when you're ready.

  4. Enter an Amount
    Enter the amount you want to pay, then click the Continue button.

  5. Select a Payment Method
    Select either credit card or direct debit, then click the Continue button.

  6. Enter Credit Card Payment Details
    If you selected credit card as your payment method, enter the amount you want to pay and the card details. Click the Continue button.

  7. OR Enter Banking Information
    If you selected direct debit, enter the amount you want to pay and your banking information. Click the Continue button.

  8. Confirm and Pay
    Review the payment details. If everything is correct, click the Complete Payment button. A confirmation message will appear once the payment is made or the information is submitted.
