Life happens, so when you need to cancel an amenity booking, it's quick and easy.

Steps

Web Portal

  1. Log into the Resident Portal
    Log into the portal and navigate to the Make an Amenity Booking tile. Click the tile to open its contents. 

  2. Select Booking
    You will see all your upcoming amenity bookings. Click on the booking you'd like to cancel.

  3. Cancel Booking
    Click the Cancel Booking link. Your booking is now cancelled.

Resident Portal App

  1. Open App and Log In
    Open the Resident Portal app and log in.

  2. Navigate to Amenities
    Click on Building in the menu, and scroll to Amenities. To view all amenities at your building, click the All Amenities and Bookings button.

  3. Select a Booking
    Click on the Your Bookings tab and find the booking you want to cancel. Click on the booking and then click the Modify button.

  4. Cancel Booking
    When the date/duration screen opens, click the Cancel button. You will be asked to confirm your choice. Click the Yes, Cancel It button. Your booking is now cancelled.
