Life happens, so when you need to cancel an amenity booking, it's quick and easy.
Steps
Web Portal
- Log into the Resident Portal
Log into the portal and navigate to the Make an Amenity Booking tile. Click the tile to open its contents. - Select Booking
You will see all your upcoming amenity bookings. Click on the booking you'd like to cancel. - Cancel Booking
Click the Cancel Booking link. Your booking is now cancelled.
Resident Portal App
- Open App and Log In
Open the Resident Portal app and log in. - Navigate to Amenities
Click on Building in the menu, and scroll to Amenities. To view all amenities at your building, click the All Amenities and Bookings button. - Select a Booking
Click on the Your Bookings tab and find the booking you want to cancel. Click on the booking and then click the Modify button. - Cancel Booking
When the date/duration screen opens, click the Cancel button. You will be asked to confirm your choice. Click the Yes, Cancel It button. Your booking is now cancelled.
