Whether you have questions or just need to send a quick note, chat is a quick and convenient way to communicate with your property team.

Note: The contents of your chat are visible to all leaseholders in your group.

Steps

Web Portal

  1. Log into the Resident Portal
    Log into the portal and navigate to the Message Building Staff tile. Click the Send Message button. A chat window will appear.


    Alternatively, click the chat bubble on your screen's bottom-right to open the chat window.


  2. Add a Message
    You can add either text or an attachment to any given message. To add text, type the text you'd like to send, then click the Send (paper airplane icon) button.

  3. Or, Add an Attachment
    To add an attachment, click the Attachment (paper clip icon) button and select a file from your computer.

Resident Portal App

  1. Open App and Log In
    Open the Resident Portal app and log in.

  2. Open Messages
    Click the Chat (speech balloon icon) button to open the chat.

  3. Add a Message
    You can add text and an attachment to any given message. To add text, type the text you'd like to send.

  4. Add an Attachment
    To add an attachment, click the Attachment (paper clip icon) button and select a file from your computer.

  5. Send Message
    When you're ready to send your message, click the Send (paper airplane icon) button.
