Depending on your property, residents may have access to community amenities such as exercise equipment, BBQs, party rooms, and more.

To view and book building amenities, follow these steps:

Web Portal

  1. Log into the Resident Portal
    Log into the portal and navigate to the Make an Amenity Booking tile. Click the Book Amenity button. A series of amenities will appear.

  2. Select an Amenity
    Find the amenity you want to use and click the Book button. A new window will open.

  3. Select a Booking Date and Length
    Select a date and time, and the amount of time you want to book, then click the Book button.

  4. Find an Available Time
    If there are time slots available on the date you selected, they will appear on the screen. Otherwise, the next available dates will appear. Select a time slot. The amenity is now booked and is available via Make an Amenity Booking under My Bookings.

Resident Portal App

  1. Open App and Log In
    Open the Resident Portal app and log in.

  2. Navigate to Amenities
    Click on Building in the menu, and scroll to Amenities. To view all amenities at your building, click the All Amenities and Bookings button.

  3. Select an Amenity
    Find the amenity you want to use and click the Book! button.

  4. Select a Booking Date and Length
    Select a date and the amount of time you want to book, then click the Continue button.

  5. Find an Available Date
    If there are time slots available on the date you selected, they will appear on a new screen. Otherwise, the next available dates will appear. Select a date and click the Continue button.

  6. Select a Time
    All available time slots for your selected date will now appear. Select a time and click the Continue button.

  7. Confirm Your Booking
    Review your booking details and click the Continue button. A success message will notify you of a successful booking. You can view your booking at Building > Amenities > Your Bookings.
