From time to time, your property team may send you a survey to get your feedback or opinions. Completing surveys is quick and easy.

Steps

Web Portal

1. Log into the Resident Portal and Open a Survey
   Log into the portal. If there is an open survey, you will find a link entitled We Need Your Feedback within the Here is What You Have Going On section. Click on the link.
   
   
2. Answer Survey Questions
   Your survey may contain one or many questions.
   
   
3. Submit Survey
   When you've completed the survey, click the Send button. The survey will be submitted to the site team.

Resident Portal App

1. Open App and Log In
   Open the Resident Portal app and log in.
   
   
2. Find and Open a Survey
   Click on More in the menu, then scroll to Surveys and click. All active surveys for your building will appear. Click on the Begin Survey button for the survey you wish to complete.
   
   
3. Answer Survey Questions
   Your survey may contain one or many questions.
   
   
4. Submit Survey
   When you've completed the survey, click the Submit Survey button. The survey will be submitted to the site team.
