Amenities that are temporarily unavailable for service or renovations can be put into Offline Mode. Offline mode maintains the visibility of an amenity while preventing bookings.



  1. Navigate to Amenities
    Go to Community → Amenities and select the desired amenity.

  2. Set Offline Mode
    Within the Amenity Details section, check the Offline checkbox. Fields forwill appear.

  3. Enter Dates
    Select dates from the Offline Start Date and Offline End Date calendar inputs.

  4. Save Your Changes
    Click the Save button to save your changes. The amenity is now scheduled to be offline.
