Throughout the application process, an application will progress to a number of different statuses. The table below breaks down what each status means, and what causes the status to appear.

 

Status

Description

Pending

An invite has been sent to a lead and the application has not been submitted.

Pending Approval

An invite has been sent to a lead and they have submitted their application, but it has not been approved.

Payment Received

An application has been approved, the lease has been signed, and the initial payment on the unit has been paid.

Pending Landlord Signature

An application has been approved, and a lease has been created, but not signed by the landlord.

Pending Tenant Signature

An application has been approved, and a lease has been created and signed by the landlord, but not signed by the applicants.

Create Lease

An application has been approved.

Pending All Tenants

Multiple tenants have been invited to apply, but not all of them have submitted applications.

Flagged

An application has been flagged by an agent or an automation.

Leased to Other Applicant

Another application is approved for the application's desired unit.

Unit Reserved For Other

Another application for the same unit completes their lease first. The applicant with this status will need to be transferred to a different unit in order to complete their application as the unit is no longer available.

Cancelled

An application is cancelled.

Application Denied

An application is denied.
