Your property team may send notices to keep you informed and to request entry to your unit. You can opt into notification messages (email, SMS, push) in addition to viewing notices within your resident portal.
To view available community notices, follow these steps:

Web Portal
- Log into the Resident Portal
Log into the portal and navigate to and click the Notices tile. - View Notices
All notices will open in a new drawer and will be available to read.
Resident Portal App
- Open App and Log In
Open the Resident Portal app and log in. - Open Notice
Scroll to Notices from the main page and click on it. A list of notices will appear. Click on a notice to view its contents.
