SnapText allows Happy Property customers to create short, common phrases that can be used when completing inspections in the Maintenance app. Using SnapText allows for faster and more accurate completion of inspection notes.

How to create a SnapText phrase

• SnapText phrases created in the Inspections app are now available to Happy Property Maintenance users
• Adding, deleting and maintaining your SnapText library will be introduced in Q3 ‘24

How to use SnapText

• Tap the note icon on an inspection item to open the note
• On the notes screen, SnapText suggestions will display above the keyboard
• SnapText are ordered by most recently used
• If you start typing in the note field, SnapText will recommend phrases that match your writing
• Tap a SnapText to populate the note field
• Tap “See all” or scroll to the right and tap “More” to see the complete list of SnapText
  • You can select more than one SnapText at a time when viewing the full list
