This article covers how to download a PDF for a finalized Inspection Report.

To download a Report, follow the instructions below:

• Once you have logged into Manage, select your property folder from the drop down menu at the top of the screen

• Next, select Inspections under App on the left side menu

• Click on Reports to view all available reports for your currently selected property

• Find the report you need to download, and click on it to open the report preview

• In the report preview, click on the download arrow in the upper right corner

• Finally, check your Downloads folder on Windows or OS X, and the PDF should waiting for you to open or share via email
