The Prospects dashboard contains all leads who have expressed interest in your properties, including all converted, rejected and stale leads.

Using Prospect Tabs

Tabs allow you to focus on data that is most important to your situation. The following options are available:

  • New (Default): All prospects with a status of New
  • Working: All prospects with a status of of Applying
  • Wait Listed: All prospects with a status of Waitlisted
  • Stale: All prospects with a status of Stale
  • Rejected: All prospects with a status of Rejected
  • Converted: All prospects who have successfully progressed to a lease
  • All: All historical prospects

Searching Prospects

To search for a particular prospect, enter their name into the search box and click the Search button. To clear a search, click the Clear button.

Filtering Prospects

A series of filters are available to narrow your view of prospects. Available filter types are:

  • Property
  • Status
  • Quality

Sorting Prospects

By default, prospects are sorted by the date and time they were created, in reverse chronological order.

The following columns can be sorted:

  • Quality
  • Full Name
  • Email
  • Age
  • Traffic Source
  • Desired Move-in
  • Last Contacted
