Property teams are able to generate a PDF document that summarizes an applicants entire application response audit history, including:

• The date and time an applicant/agent entered or modified a response
• The application question they are replying to
• The application response

Generating an application audit PDF

Application audit PDFs are only available when the application is in the Submitted status

• Navigate to the Review tab on an application

• Under the People heading, select View application responses

   

• Select Generate Audit Trail PDF
• The PDF will open in a new browser tab where it can be viewed and/or downloaded

Understanding the Audit Trail PDF

Each applicant audit trail PDF includes all applicant responses and any subsequent changes made by either the applicant and/or a Property Team member. Each time the PDF is generated, it will reflect the current state of responses by that applicant.

Each response audit contains the following information:

• The application question, including the parent application section heading, and the application question
• The date and time a response was entered (represented in UTC)
• The actor (the individual who entered the response)
• The value (the applicant response)
