1. As an agent with Application review permission you can ask an applicant to provide additional information through the application review process.

  2. Select Request additional details then you can select one or more applicants to request those details from.

  3. Type a note to the applicant(s) explaining the issue and click Submit. At this point the application has moved to the status Additional details required so that the property team knows that this application, requires additional information from applicants

    Any request for additional details is also added to the Review log which captures all review and approval information, along with agent notes.

  4. The applicant will receive a notification via email and/or SMS that their application requires attention, along with the agent note

    At this stage the applicant has their own status of Adding details. This status is separate from the overall application status to help property team agents better understand which applicant is submitting additional information (in the event there is more than one applicant on an application)

  5. The applicant can then provide the necessary updates and re-submit their application

  6. The agent is notified as soon as the applicant re-submits with the newly requested in formation, and the application moves to the status Additional details submitted
