Prospects can enter the system in a variety of ways, to understand how your prospects are coming into your system please reach out to us at support@happy.co!
1. Your prospects table
All of your prospects (including those that’ve become residents!) are found here, the table is sorted by the last action/contact, either the agent or the prospect
2. Engage with each individual application/inquiry a prospect has made with your team
- If your prospect has a (+) next to their name, that means that individual has more than one active or past interaction with your team, including:
- Showing
- Application (including denied, cancelled and approved applications)
- Lease (past or current)
- Select the (+) to expand the row, each row is an active journey your prospect has with your property team
3. Review the specifics about a prospect, and take the next steps
- Select the prospect name from the table to see an overview of their activity with you
- From here you can:
- Review the specifics of each prospect journey by selecting the specific property name tab
- Add a prospect journey
- View the contact information for the prospect
4. Manage a prospects contact information
- Select View contact to open up the contact information drawer. From here you can modify a prospects name, their date of birth, their emergency contact information and more
5. Review and manage a prospect journey
- Select a prospect journey to see specific details about what your prospect is interested in, including:
- What type of unit they want
- When they want to move in
- Their budget
- How many people they’ll be applying with
- How they found out about your property team
- Scroll down to review showings bookings, applications they’ve initiated, make notes and log interactions

By selecting the three dots you can:
- Book a showing
- Invite your prospect to apply to lease
- Mark the prospect journey as Stale
- Reject the prospect
