Agents can be assigned to the following views on the leasing table using the Permissions tab on the User:

- Prospects
- Applications
- Leases (includes Renewals and Lease Changes)
Agents can then be assigned three different levels of permission related to applications and leasing.

- Application review: Allows an agent to initiate an application, interact with the applicant(s), review applications, make recommendations and cancel applications
- Application approval: Allows an agent to approve or deny an application, request changes to the application.
- Application approval + : Allows an agent to approve an application that has triggered a rule associated with an application policy (or a Blocking Flag)
Once an agent has at least one property assigned to them and one of the above permissions, they will have an Assigned to you view on the Leasing table
- Administrators can assign a user application review/approval permission to some or all of the properties an agent has access to.
